نلتزم في Fixly بحماية بيانات مستخدمينا وفقاً لأعلى معايير السرية الرقمية:
البيانات المجموعة: نقوم بجمع (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني) بالإضافة للموقع الجغرافي لضمان دقة تقديم الخدمة وتوثيق حسابك.
استخدام البيانات: يُستخدم البريد الإلكتروني لإرسال ملخصات الطلبات، تحديثات الخدمة، أو كأداة إضافية لتأمين حسابك واستعادته.
تخزين البيانات: يتم التعامل مع البيانات بسرية تامة ولا يتم الإفصاح عنها لأي جهة غير مخولة قانونياً بموجب الأنظمة السورية.
Data Deletion / حذف البيانات: "يمكن لمستخدمي Fixly حذف بياناتهم وحساباتهم نهائياً عبر طريقتين:
يدوياً: من خلال الدخول إلى إعدادات التطبيق -> الملف الشخصي -> حذف الحساب.
عبر البريد: إرسال طلب إلى Fixly.studio@gmail.com وسنقوم بحذف البيانات خلال 48 ساعة."
At Fixly, we are committed to protecting our users' data in accordance with the highest standards of digital confidentiality.
Data Collection: We collect personal information, including your Name, Phone Number, and Email Address, as well as Geographic Location, to ensure accurate service delivery and account verification.
Data Usage: Your email is used to send order summaries, service updates, and as an additional tool for securing and recovering your account.
Data Storage & Protection: All data is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose any information to unauthorized third parties, ensuring compliance with international data protection practices.
Data Deletion Policy: Fixly users can permanently delete their accounts and associated data through two methods:
Manually: By navigating to App Settings -> Profile -> Delete Account.
Via Email: By sending a deletion request to Fixly.studio@gmail.com. Our team will process the request and erase all associated data within 48 hours.
