حذف بيانات المستخدم: نحن في Fixly نحترم خصوصيتك ونمنحك السيطرة الكاملة على بياناتك. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وكافة البيانات المرتبطة به نهائياً عبر اتباع الخطوات التالية:

1. من داخل التطبيق: اذهب إلى الإعدادات -> الملف الشخصي -> حذف الحساب.

2. عبر البريد الإلكتروني: أرسل طلباً إلى Fixly.studio@gmail.com يتضمن رقم هاتفك المسجل، وسنقوم بمعالجة طلبك وحذف البيانات خلال 48 ساعة. ملاحظة: عند الحذف، يتم مسح الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، وسجل العمليات نهائياً من خوادمنا.

بالإنجليزية (Data Deletion Instructions):

Fixly allows users to request the permanent deletion of their accounts and associated data. You can delete your data through the following methods:

1. In-App: Navigate to Settings -> Profile -> Delete Account.

2. By Email: Send a deletion request to Fixly.studio@gmail.com with your registered phone number. Your data will be permanently erased from our servers within 48 hours. Data removed includes: Name, Email, Phone Number, and Transaction History.
